If you've found yourself struggling, questioning your direction, or wanting to grow, I can be here to hold a safe space to support you. I enjoy working with those experiencing anxiety, disordered eating & body image concerns, grief & loss, and physical health diagnoses such as cancer. I also work with those hoping to build their self-esteem, and those who are looking to improve their interpersonal relationships. My clients want to learn more about themselves and how they interact with the world. They have a desire to become an even better version of who they already are, not just for those closest to them, but also for themselves. I'm a person-centered therapist, meaning I'm very client-driven. I have a process-oriented style which works well with those wanting to develop a deeper understanding of their experiences. I'm driven by my values of authenticity, compassion, and trust. I'm known to be gentle though can be direct when needed. I hope to always show a curiosity for my clients.
