Let me tell you about my vibe, I will tell you what I tell all my clients- "Im not the fluffy" therapist but I am your biggest cheerleader. I am not the therapist who will use fancy clinical terms, but instead I use totally random analogies that will probably make you laugh or even better yet, totally understand what Im talking about. I use sarcasm and humor but can rein it in and let my empath shine through. I work with first responders, reunification clients, individuals navigating divorce, and anyone wanting help in reaching goals. I have a direct client focused style and find major purpose in helping people find their worth! I am very passionate about working with trauma, PTSD and specialize in narcissistic abuse (education, not how to be narcissistic). I work hard to create a super safe space for you to do some real tough work so that you can live a healthier and more present life! I use a variety of different styles including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness as some of my go to's.
