Welcome to my practice! I enjoy helping people heal, which can mean a variety of things. You may need help with coping skills to deal with anxiety, depression, or increasing emotional regulation so you feel more at ease in life. We might need to heal because we've lost someone we've loved, or maybe you've lost a sense of yourself due to trauma, career change, divorce, or family restructuring. Life transitions can be profoundly devastating but also may be a time of valuable change. I enjoying helping people develop into a version of themselves that aligns with their sense of authenticity.
