I have been working with children, teenagers, and adults of all ages for more than 20 years in my private practice. My areas of interest include individual therapy to help clients work through depression, anger, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, struggles with substance abuse/dependence, etc. I enjoy helping clients gain insight into the underlying reasons for their actions, choices, and behaviors in order to make the necessary changes to improve one's overall level of functioning.
