I provide individual, family, couples and group therapy. I help my clients find constructive ways of addressing anxiety, depression, loss, family and relationship issues. By doing so I've learned many lessons along the way... one of these lessons is that we all seek compassion and understanding; a basic need in order to move forward under almost any circumstance.
