I enjoy approaching therapeutic work utilizing an eclectic style and ultimately basing my approach on noticing the individual in their environment. I work collaboratively to identify my client's strengths, ideally discovering the skills within and helping the client heal themselves in the process. I frequently utilize family systems, exploring core beliefs and the nature of interpersonal relationships. I love integrating creative modalities such as art, music, and psychodrama. I take on a holistic approach and believe to find healing, we need to nurture our full self, including mind, body, and soul. I work with individuals in all walks of life. However, I have specific training in both Eating Disorders and Substance Abuse practice. I have spent the last 10 years working in various levels of care (inpatient, residential, outpatient). Therefore, I am well versed in the challenges that present in all stages of recovery.
