My ideal client feels deeply but often hides it to keep things together. They’re exhausted from carrying too much and ready for change that goes deeper than surface fixes. They want to understand their emotions, break old patterns, and feel more grounded and connected—in their relationships and within themselves. I help people untangle what’s been weighing them down—whether it’s anxiety, trauma, or relationship stress. Using EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and somatic work, I offer a grounded, supportive space to understand patterns, regulate emotions, and reconnect with yourself in real, lasting ways.
