We all have our own unique stressors. Finding ways to connect, harness our creativity, or find resilience can be challenging during these times. I have over 15 years of experience collaborating with folks who are navigating anxiety, depression, loneliness, and grief. These factors often manifest as barriers to the relationships we want, to fulfilling work, and to reaching our goals and dreams. I use a down-to-earth, person-centered approach informed by extensive training in modalities that help to examine or shift behaviors and patterns.
