So many of us wrestle with mental/emotional obstacles everyday resulting in distress and discomfort! I am an LCSW in the state of CT and received my MSW from Fordham University. I truly believe that everyone has the power and ability to overcome life's struggles. Whether it be anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, issues with communication, etc. I love helping them find their power to make positive changes! I also come from a trauma-focused perspective and recognize that previous trauma can interfere with anyone's ability to recognize that they have the power to make the changes they desire in their lives! I am very focused on client strengths. Helping clients identify what specific characteristics they already have that can assist them in navigating current issues or in making changes that they feel are necessary to improve their quality of life. I will be your greatest cheerleader!
