My clients are women who feel trapped in patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that no longer serve their best interests. They often feel anxious, sad, and not in control of their emotions and reactions. They may feel lost, unsure of who they are, and want to increase self-awareness and break past cycles. I am experienced in supporting women healing from trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and unhealthy relationship patterns.
