I counsel adolescents and adults with concerns including depression, anxieties, mood instability, behavioral problems, difficult transitions, relationship dynamics, and issues related to stress and trauma. I have rich experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, where I have worked with clients to address mild to severe mental health concerns as well as individuals who need support managing stress or major life transitions. I was trained in EMDR in 2022 and am now an EMDR Certified Therapist.
