My practice specializes in actors and entertainment industry professionals. As the on-site therapist at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts for over a decade, I supported emerging actors, filmmakers, writers, photographers, dancers and other artists to help solidify their identity as creative professionals. Learning how to achieve emotional and professional balance, self-care, and stable self-esteem as a creative individual is a focus of my practice, and crucial to maintaining sustainable mental health for all.
