I value my place as a therapist in the mental health field. Through this I have been fortunate to be part of treatment positively impacting my client's lives. I create a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment for all of my clients to be able to discuss and explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal as your therapist is to guide and support you through this journey of healing and growth. My sessions are supportive and laid back. I want my clients to feel safe and respected during our time together. I want my clients to know that they are no longer on this journey alone.
