Hi y’all! I’m Melissa—and I’m excited to walk alongside you on your journey. My passion for becoming an LCSW sparked early, shaped by addiction and mental health challenges within my own immediate family. Those experiences fuel my commitment to create a space that’s real, safe, empowering, and judgment-free—a place where you can come as you are and feel supported every step of the way. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me soaking up the outdoors, flowing through yoga, turning up the music and dancing like no one’s watching, or curled up with my cat for some recharge time.
