Hi, I'm Melodi, owner of Maryland Virtual Therapy, LLC. I know how difficult it can be to reach out to a therapist — I've been there! With 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I've cultivated an approach that just might work for you. It's all about connection. Connection between therapist and client, connection between mind and body, connection between your authentic Self and all of the various parts of you that show up in different situations. I have completed Internal Family Systems Level 1 training and love incorporating IFS into my work with clients. IFS is a holistic and evidence-based approach to healing.
