Hello, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut. I received my Masters in Social Worker from Fordham University and have been in the field of Social Work for over 8 years. I specialize in generalized anxiety and depression. In addition, I provide clinical therapy to individuals with significant mental health diagnoses and trauma. I aim to take an open minded and nonjudgmental approach when engaging with others in my daily life and practice the same approach in therapy. Our first session will comprise of a brief introduction and reason for you are seeking therapy. We will briefly go over expectations for therapy and what to expect from me as a provider. Collaboratively, will begin the process of developing individual treatment goals.
