Are you a neuro-diverse person struggling in a world designed for a different brain (or do you suspect you are)? Is it hard for you to "do the thing" even if it's something that you feel "should" be easy? Are lingering effects from trauma holding you back? For these issues, I try to find creative solutions to therapy based on your needs, which might include mindfulness activities based on your interests, therapeutic game play, creating concrete goals and plans, and/or following your lead to find the best evidence-based practice that will work for you.
