I’m a seasoned professional in the Mental Health and Behavioral Health field. I use a solutions based therapeutic approach to help clients see their mental health journey as nonlinear. I believe we all have the ability to heal through our uniqueness and perceived weaknesses, but with support you can identify how self-help is through self-awareness. It is my hope that we can work together in walking that path to peace, self-reflection, and healing.
