I've been a licensed clinical social worker for 10 years. I have experience in working with adults and teenagers within all levels of care including behavioral health hospitalization, day treatment, and outpatient therapy. I'm passionate about helping those who are struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, past traumas and relationship issues. I am committed to offering trauma informed care and providing an empathetic, compassionate space where you can be your true self, without criticism. I love working with those who are motivated, even if they haven't yet developed the skills for lasting change.
