I help clients looking to heal from trauma at the root source. We help to relieve the initial symptoms you have, but then go deeper to address the core wounds. First, we will get you back to baseline health - out of survival "fight/flight." Once you are are at baseline, then we can help you address the core fear/grief underneath the trauma response. During this time, we will give also you the necessary tools to take smalls risks in real life thereby improving communication, vulnerability, and deepening your relationships.
