I provide compassionate and collaborative therapy for adults, teens and children. I’ve supported clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, and emotional challenges. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages can process their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth. With adults, I provide a warm, grounding space to explore patterns, relationships, and self-understanding. With children and adolescents, I use a mix of play therapy, art-based techniques, and evidence-based approaches to help them express feelings, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve communication with caregivers. I also offer Christian counseling.
