Many times we experience things that we cannot control and often do not understand. As a Black, Christian therapist, I am committed to assisting adults, teens, children, and families navigate and heal unspoken pain. I use a nurturing, client-led approach that is coupled with evidence based practices. Some of the modalities include Solution Focused therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as psycho-education. I am also a Registered Play Therapist who has worked with children for many years, both in the school setting and the juvenile justice system.
