My job is to hold space for you—to help calm the storm, foster self-awareness, and build a sense of control through skill development. I work with clients as young as 3 years old and well into their 80s, recognizing that every individual has unique needs. Some find healing through play, others through art, psychoeducation, or direct, honest conversation. Together, we explore what works best for you as we expand your therapeutic toolbox. The session's tone is often led by deep breathing to center and prepare us for the work to be done. This type of tone allows us to take a moment to reflect, center self, and be present in session.
