Hi there - I’m Mere Abrams, a queer trans therapist with over a decade of experience supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, young adults, and adults, as well as their parents/caregivers and family members. I specialize in creating intentional, nonjudgmental, affirming spaces where clients can ask questions, process experiences, build coping skills, and feel more grounded in their values and who they are. My work is rooted in supporting clients to recognize/break patterns, build confidence and resilience, and develop a deeper understanding of and connection to self and others. In our first session, we’ll slow down and focus on what feels most important to you. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, your goals, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. You can expect a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where your voice and experiences guide the process.
