Welcome! We're glad you are here! Life today is challenging, filled with chronic stress, fear, and disconnection. Many of us are anxious, depressed, numbing pain through substances and addictions. Automatic reactions are the same that we used to survive as babies, when we 'escaped', dissociated, disconnected, reacted, to survival threats when we didn't have a choice. These ingrained protectors may still predicate our current life situation, relationships, presence. Relationally and embodied sense of safe enough are vital for us to, as partners befriend, learn about and heal patterns and beliefs, held in our ANS/body as reactivity.
