My approach as a therapist and social worker is to help clients learn how to help themselves while overcoming personal, environmental and systemic barriers. I provide evidence based individual therapy to adult clients who are experiencing grief/loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other life challenges. Grief may accompany any event that disrupts or challenges our sense of normalcy or ourselves, including the loss of connections.
