I provide mental health support services for adults and adolescents. Additionally, I provide behavioral intervention services for children with special needs and their families based on ABA principles. My specialties include eating disorders, depression, anxiety issues, self esteem, life transitions, and existential support. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to assist you improve your quality of life in the here and now. No two people are alike. Therefore, my approach is individual-specific and combines a number of theoretical approaches to address each person's needs. My clients are people and not a diagnosis.
