I have been working in the field of mental health for 15 years and in the field of addiction for 10 years. I have worked with both adolescents and adults struggling with co-occurring disorders in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. My experience has been working with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, mood disorders, impulse control, life transitions, and substance use issues. I facilitate individuals in the development of coping mechanisms and techniques for more effective communication in order to sustain long lasting positive change.
