I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping adults manage anxiety, addiction, trauma, life transitions and other issues. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative-you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support and guide you. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space and use evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Each session is tailored to your unique needs-from building coping tools, processing difficult emotions, or making meaningful change. Therapy with me is a team effort where trust, compassion, and growth are always at the center. In our first session, we’ll take things slow and just have a real conversation about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better, but there’s no rush-you get to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, supported, and like you can be yourself
