Maybe your ways of coping are no longer sustainable. You may be hoping to explore and discover more about yourself. If you're ready to take up a little more space in your own life, I'm here to walk with you. Many of my clients are women and/or LGBTQ+ folks seeking to ease internal pressure and build self-compassion. I also work with couples of all relationship structures to rebuild trust and strengthen communication and intimacy. I support adults facing anxiety, life transitions, and stress, helping them process trauma, explore their inner world, and figure out what's next. I encourage and champion self-kindness and emotional awareness. If we work together, don’t be surprised if you begin rewriting internal narratives, identifying your self-worth, and healing long-term patterns.
