My name is Meredith McCannon. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri. My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution focused. I have a degree in Community counseling and have worked with all ages. The most common diagnosis is PTSD, MDD, GAD, Bi-polar, and borderline personality disorder. My therapeutic approach has a few theories involved. I used DBT and CBT for mindfulness and thought, feeling, behavior chain. I believe in building rapport and trust with clients to be able to work together on solutions.
