I help individuals, teens and couples work through transitions and difficult stages in their lives and relationships. I have over 15 years of experience in helping individuals, couples and families learn problem solving techniques, coping skills, improved communication and stress management. My approach is warm, interactive and solution-focused. I believe that everyone has strengths, but during stressful times they may need help accessing those strengths. It can be helpful during those times to have an objective professional that provides support, perspective and guidance to make positive changes.
