I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and am passionate about helping teens, young adults, and parents learn how to work through the inevitable difficulties that come with this unique stage of life. The majority of my practice focuses on individual work related to identification of key issues/concerns, development of trust and safety, increasing levels of self-awareness, and growth and healing through positive communication. My approach is warm, non-judgmental and client centered, with an emphasis on connection.
