Welcome! I work with individuals (13 and up), families, and couples. I have over 20 years of experience supporting those that are working through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, school issues/avoidance, and trauma. My last 18 years in practice I have been a school social worker at a local elementary and high school. My ultimate goal when working with a client(s) is to provide them with a space where they can come to feel supported and understood, as well as learn about themselves and their behaviors. We will work together to process events, feelings, and develop strategies to help you feel your best.
