I believe that every person has within them the capacity for change and healing. I focus on using a person-centered approach to therapy, to help each individual find their unique path to healing and growth. My goal is to create a calm, safe environment in which you can feel comfortable being yourself, and uncovering your own personal strengths. I strive to be a supportive listener to help people improve their lives through better understanding of themselves, and stronger coping skills. I currently hold licenses to treat clients living in Mississippi and Utah.
