I believe in meeting people where they are and joining with them to create growth and change. I enjoy supporting others as they navigate life cycle transitions and work towards healthy, satisfying relationships. I am experienced in addressing issues of anger and aggression, anxiety, communication, co-parenting, defiance, depression, grief and loss, marital and family conflict, parenting skills, self esteem, and stress. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I collaborate with clients to create and achieve their goals, utilizing a strength based perspective with approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy and structural family therapy.
