As a therapist, I am committed to empowering you in a safe and comfortable space to work through issues and assist you in identifying your strengths and achieving your goals. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of mental health and life struggles including but not limited to ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, parent child relational issues, as well as substance abuse/dependence. Although going through the counseling process takes some work, it can be a very rewarding and life altering experience as solutions to life struggles are found. Saturday appointments are available.
