A therapist is a being who accompanies you through the difficult terrain of your life. Nobody can know the crags and valleys of your struggles, but a good therapist can say, "I have a map for difficult terrain. Others have struggled, so have I, and here's what's worked before." You’re a good fit for me if you’re neurodivergent, traumatized and experiencing hopelessness in navigating this constantly changing existence. I have specialized education in DBT, solution-focused brief therapy and substance use treatment. Also menopause/perimenopause, chronic illness and spirituality.
