I hope to help you with the changes we face in life; when those changes have been thrust on you and you are feeling overwhelmed, or when they are changes you want but don't know how to get there. I want to help you deal with grief and loss, and also help you if you are feeling stuck in life. My office is a safe and cozy space for us to engage in healing conversations. I have a direct, analytical, and creative approach to the therapeutic process, and I use elements from several evidence-based modalities to collaboratively address what is challenging to you. I have worked in hospice and hospital settings for most of my professional life, often working with people for crisis intervention and case management issues. I continue to pursue specialty knowledge in this helping role, and I see myself as a guide and resource for my clients.
