I specialize in working with high performers, specifically college and professional level athletes, through both traditional therapy and mental performance work. My mission is to support people experiencing intense pressure and high expectations to overcome anxiety and optimize their performance and overall well-being. As a former Division 1 college athlete, I know you're over feeling timid, anxious, and overwhelmed. You're over second-guessing yourself and being your own worst enemy. I'm here to give you the tools and strategies for reaching your highest potential and most importantly, to feel GOOD again. Through use of evidence-based treatment modalities, I can help you create the changes you desire while overcoming the difficulties you may be encountering.
