About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have conducted therapy for more than 20 years in both English and Spanish. I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and relational conflict. I provide individual, family and couples therapy. I provide a safe, caring and nonjudgemental environment where clients can explore feelings, eliminate dysfunctional patterns and develop new life skills that can lead to living a life filled with more honesty, peace and joy. I received my BA from Boston College and my MA and EDS in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University.
