I am passionate about working with college age young adults, young professionals, their families and their loved ones who are struggling with complex mental health challenges such as suicidal ideations, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, academic stress, work stress, post traumatic stress and substance use disorders. For the past 25 plus years, I have provided mental health treatment and services in residential treatment facilities, county mental health agencies, Intensive Outpatient Programs ( IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP).
