Sometimes finding a therapist can be overwhelming or scary, but you have done the hardest part! I value creating a safe space to express yourself. I work with adults and geriatrics about a variety of topics. I absolutely love finding strengths within my clients to build off of. My approach is to work collaboratively with clients to ensure they meet their goals. I hope to help provide you with the tools to manage your mental health with healthy coping skills. Providing support to everyone while using humor and realistic situations for my clients is my top priority.
