I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety and Body-Focused-Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), such as hair-pulling and skin-picking. I help individuals through a variety of life transitions, depression, work/school stress, and relationships. I have experience providing psychotherapy to children, utilizing play therapy approaches, as well as parent skills training.
