Hello! I am a licensed, clinical psychologist with specialties in child and parenting therapy, and the neurospychological evaluation process. I work primarily with young children between the ages of 3-12, and their families. My goal with all of my patients is to build a trusting, warm, and empathetic relationship in which they can feel safe to shine as their true selves, and confident to push themselves to explore possible solutions to their difficulties. I never want my sessions with children to feel like school, or a class where they feel they have to perform. My therapeutic orientation is a combination of child-centered play therapy techniques, along with guided creative art, journaling, biblio- and talk therapy when appropriate. I meet regularly with parents to process the triggers of parenting, to work through blocks to co-regulation, and to highlight the family's existing strengths.
