Hi! My name is Micaiah Warren and I’m truly excited about the possibility of working with you! In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up fully as yourself. My approach is collaborative — I center your needs and goals while offering steady support and practical tools as you move through your healing journey. I help clients navigate challenges such as recovering from difficult relationships, managing anxiety and depression, and unlearning patterns that no longer serve them. I have experience working with adults, couples, youth, and facilitating groups in various settings. The populations I have worked with are encompassing of individuals with various mental health conditions and all walks of life. I draw from a blend of modalities including Family Systems theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment.
