In a world filled with uncertainty and constant change, we often struggle to find peace and stability. One way we can feel some sense of relief is by having a safe space to share our overwhelming thoughts. I believe that the process of healing is not always easy and encourage clients to ease out of their comfort zone with the help of a guide. My population of focus includes children, adolescents, and young adult women. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and individuals with disabilities.
