I specialize in helping clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and many other challenges. My goal is to help you understand your experiences and triggers, empowering you to WIN the battle and give you the tools to achieve mental health and well-being. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist and African American male, I value cultural representation in mental health. My role as a professional person of color, educator, mentor, and therapist is crucial for underserved communities of color. I am dedicated to helping them succeed and providing my expertise and support.
