I think we all yearn for a safe place to get to know ourselves better, especially when life feels overwhelming or we have tired of the same old negative patterns. I consider therapy a sanctuary to explore oneself at a comfortable pace and in a supported manner. I see the relationship between the client and myself as a partnership, in which a shared gentle curiosity drives the process of inner exploration. My aim is to build enough trust that my clients can feel safe enough to glimpse more deeply into their pain, and perhaps more importantly their opportunities for growth and increased life satisfaction.
