About

As a mental health professional, I have worked with a variety of populations and demographics in hospital, community, home, school, and military settings. I have also previously worked as a banker, athletic coach, and military officer. As my experiences have shaped who I am as a counselor, I have a particular empathy for minority, LGBTQ+, and military clients, though I do consider myself a generalist in my ability to relate to people. Clinically, I address anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as behavioral and attentional issues, in individual therapy with people of all ages and backgrounds.
